Bail Refunds
All bail refunds for Wapato Municipal Court are completed in the Accounting Section at the Wapato Municipal Court. 205 S. Simcoe Ave Wapato WA. You must present the bail receipt & photo identification to the clerk in order to receive a bail refund check.
The court will refund bail only to the person who posted the bail. Cash bail can be used by the court at the direction of the Judge for payment on a defendant's court fines & obligations.
