Time Payments
Wapato Municipal Court fine payment policy is:
Time payments are granted only if you have appeared in court before a Judge;
Unless you are able to pay your fine in full the day of court, a Time Payment Agreement will be signed in court upon final disposition.
Monetary arrangements will be made with the Accounting clerk as to the amount you are able to pay. All payments are due by the 15th of each month.
